After crossing the Italian-Swiss border, arrive in the city of Mendrisio and get dropped off at the FoxTown Factory Stores for a day of hunting for bargains and finding great deals.

Indulge in great discounts on brands such as Gucci, Prada, Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Trussardi, Adidas and Nike at more than 130 different shops.

And when you've grown tired of shopping or just need a break, spend some time in the Grand Casino Admiral, indulging in a hearty Swiss-Italian meal at a local restaurant or plop down at a spa for some serious beauty TLC.

When the time comes, hop back on the coach for the ride back to Milan.

The transport to and from is fine, although the advertisements mention tax free shopping for non-Eu citizens you do have to spend at least SFR300 in one transaction to get the tax back, this is not mentioned. FoxTown is ok, certainly not the cheapest outlet shopping in comparison to those in the U.K. or US.

Didn't find anything good. Prices weren't in any way cheaper. Wouldn't go back. Can buy the same things at home for cheaper.

I didn’t have much expectation to this trip. I have seen many outlets, but this one was a good experience for all wallets and all expectations. Confortable trip and enough time to shop, relax and come back.

The tour is good. In fact, this tour really convenient for tourist. But when I made my booking for this tour, it stated that the return time from Foxtown is 6pm. I thought Viator had special arrangement while Zani Viaggi is return at 4pm, I was told by Zani the return time is 4pm, I think Viator need to update their tour info.

This was a nice day trip! There are definitely some good bargains to find if you look carefully. The Swiss restaurant was really pleasant and you feel like you're in the countryside of Switzerland...make sure to eat here!

We had tons of fun with Foxtown Outlet Shopping tour. Booking via the app was fuss free as to the actual trip itself. We're at Largo Cairoli early, had enough time for a coffee and catch the 10am departure. Issue with the language barrier - NOT clear that voucher MUST be exchanged for a ticket!

Excellent Shopping Trip, bus was very comfortable and the bus arrived early so you weren't left standing about. I would highly recommend this trip, only thing that I would like to point out was that after the trip when we arrived back in Milan, it was raining and there were other buses returning at the same time and it was quite crowded. I unfortunately was the victim of an attempted pickpocket, I felt my bag move and when I checked my purse was nearly out of my handbag, the pickpocket was a young girl who looked like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth. I was extremely lucky and I just want to warn other people to be careful so that the their shopping trip is not ruined.

I went for both the Serravalle and Foxtown Shopping tour and I would say between the two, Serravalle is the better one. Fox town is quite a huge mall, with a rather odd layout, but not a lot of shops to be honest. I was done shopping in just 2 hours or less, and had to spend the remaining 4 in a restaurant. Also, restaurant options are very limited. On the upside, it is in a mall, hence not freezing during winter but I think the tour operator should state clearly that all prices are in Swiss Franc and not Euros as we thought we could pay in Euros when we were there.

Had to get the tickets at the Milan Visitor Center first, it would be good if this was written in the instructions to avoid last minute scrambles and long queues. Otherwise the tour was great, bus reached foxtown on time, left on time and reached Milan on time as well. Great time estimation.

The coach and staff were lovely, the shopping centre itself was poorly laid out and we spent a lot of time consulting maps to find our way around. The sales were nothing to write home about, all the high end luxury items had like maybe 10 off so were still over 400 Euro. Managed to score one bargain, a Calvin Klien Leather Jacket down from 600 Euro to 130 Euro.

Journey was good, motorway very blocked so we took the scenic route via Como which was very impressive. Foxtown is just a big outlet centre, shops are clinical looking and empty and not many bargains to be had. I purchased a few items but could not find anything exciting or authentic to the area except for Lindt chocolate which we can all purchase at home!It was a good experience, but the shopping was not outstanding or authentic or great value.

Loved it. I had been to Foxtown by train the previous year. It was tiring. With this tour, it was very comfortable . All we had to do was relax and within a short time we were at our destination. As soon as we got back to Milan, as I got down from the bus, I saw a friend of mine , whom I had not seen in 32 years. What a miracle.She lives in England and was on vacation too. If I hadn't taken this tour, I would never have bumped into my long lost friend. Reunited after 32years. I recommended the tour to her and she took it the next day. She really loved it. The shops are lovely and there are great deals!!!

Exactly what we expected. we were able to purchase designer pockets books for about half the price of the shops in Milan and we were able to sit down to an authentic swiss fondue lunch! Everyone was pleased. My only complaint is that the time left at the outlets could have been shortened by and hour or two
